R-U-D-E people

Okay so here is my vent for the week.....

Whats with people who take their kids to public meetings and let them talk like they are at a playground????? I just don't get it! You can't hear what the speaker is saying, you can't hear what the attendees are responding to, and its so frustrating!!

Now, I'm not talking about a crying baby, a babbling toddler, or even a 2 year old who blurts out at the most inappropriate moment! What mother hasn't turned red in embarrassment with that.

I'm talking about school age children (5-10 year olds) who should know better! ......And parents wonder why there kids won't behave in the classroom during the school day! Could it possibly be because the PARENTS have no control of them when they are together??????
