More FUN!

Laurie and James the uber-cool Aunt and Uncle that they are.... filled a ton of balloons with water and invited us to have a sling shot contest. Even Vince had fun!!!! Bless his heart after a day in this Texas heat he doesn't want to step foot outside for anything. But he put a smile on his face and even laughed a couple of times!




For Gabi's birthday Laurie got an ice cream cake....the kids loved that!



Then we swam at Grandma Pat's house.

Our great friends Maggie and Matt were in town and we got to spend a few hours with their family.
Here is Gavin. He was born a few months after Madilyn.


This is Riley. He is not quite two.

Uncle James provided endless for for the older kids. They hung all over him and dunked him and he dunked back!

Madilyn and Maggie used to be great friends.....after quite a bit of coaxing she let her hold her.



I've been working hard to get this braiding thing down. I can do the regular french braid fairly well now. This was my first attempt at the over french braid and I was soooo proud! LOL!


We met our other dear friends Xavier and Sunni for dinner in Ft Worth that night at Joe T Garcia's. It was our first time and we thought it was great! It was great to have the 6 of us together again. Its been ages.

This is Caity with Sunni's daughter Ava.



After promising a swim day with friends...... I finally gave in. We have Josh with buddy Juan, Noah with best buddy Liam, and then friends of everyone....Avery, Bianca,& Lilly. Of course nephew James, Caity, and Madi are in there too.


Finally thanks to the expertise of Jill and a little teaching from Reveau I can make cute socks now! Woohoo! I have tons for Caity for school and am on to friends and family.



I hope your summer has been as full and blessed as mine. Only two weeks from today and Josh starts school......The week after that Noah and Caity. I'm looking forward to my alone time with Madi. I think its gonna be a great year!
